This policy explains how SubPilot Technologies LLC ("SubPilot Trust", "we") handles information when you use the SubPilot Trust app and website.

Information we collect

Your name and email; the subscriptions, amounts, dates and budget settings you enter or import; alert preferences; and technical data such as device type, app version and IP address used for security and reliability. We do not collect bank login credentials or payment card numbers.

How we use it

To provide the app, send the alerts you turn on, respond to support requests, keep the service secure and improve features. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Sharing

With service providers that host data and deliver email and notifications on our behalf under contracts limiting their use, and with authorities when legally required.

Your rights

Access, export, correct or delete your data at any time in Settings or by emailing privacy@subpilot.rest. Residents of California, Texas and other states with privacy laws may exercise their state rights the same way; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

SubPilot Trust is intended for users aged 18 and older.

Terms of Service

1. The service

SubPilot Trust is a free tool for tracking subscriptions and recurring payments. It is not a bank, payment service or financial adviser. It does not cancel, pause or modify subscriptions with third parties.

2. Price

SubPilot Trust is provided free of charge. If we ever introduce optional paid features, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

4. Your content

You own the data you enter and grant us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the service.

5. Alerts

Alerts are based on dates and amounts you enter. Providers may change prices or dates; always confirm details with the provider.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SubPilot Trust is not liable for charges made by third parties or for decisions made using the app.

7. Governing law

State of Texas, USA.
